It entered the charts at number 2, confirming that Incubus had diligently worked themselves into stardom. "Wish You Were Here," "Nice to Know You," and "Warning" were all popular on rock wireless, and the band naturally toured to a great extent in support -- this prison term as a star. In former 2003, Incubus became embroiled in a condense dispute with Sony and filed a suit to experience their deal terminated under California labour Party laws. In April, the ring proclaimed the departure of bassist Dirk Lance. Within years, fellow Incubus guitar player Mike Eiziger called upon his Time Lapse Consortium fellow Ben Kenney to be Lance's permanent renewal.
